With over 25 years in the automotive industry, Shean Kirin shaped Dealer Alchemist, drawing on his experience as Used Car, Internet, and Special Finance Director. His leadership propelled his team to become the top Nissan and Volkswagen dealer in Colorado, ranking 22nd nationwide. Soon, major dealerships sought Shean’s expertise; he trained teams across the US in sales and digital processes. Shean’s commitment to efficiency, lead quality, and understanding dealership challenges continues to drive Dealer Alchemist’s technological platform and results. Aside from work, Shean cherishes his family life with wife Tara and their four children, enjoys high-speed mountain skiing and CrossFit, and is an avid reader.
Andrew started in the automotive industry back in 2004 working on automation platforms for dealership’s inventory systems to simplify how they get to a website and many marketing facets. For the next decade, his business worked with sponsored athletes, the high-end art industry, and deep viral marketing for large businesses. He now brings in-depth knowledge to change the industry’s marketing platforms. Andrew enjoys hiking, backcountry skiing, and has also been a professional backcountry guide for over 15 years.
Jeff Clark is a highly performance-driven sales professional with over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry. Throughout his career, Jeff has led various executive leadership roles at reputable automotive companies, where he has consistently been recognized for his exceptional ability to build strong relationships, drive sales, and exceed targets. His deep knowledge of the automotive industry and comprehensive understanding of technology, industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics, bring incredible value to all dealer partnerships. Jeff is a dedicated family man, who has a service led heart, he is an awarded veteran of the United States Navy where he served during Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm.
